Our Services

Blackshirt Lock & Key provides fully mobile locksmith services, including emergency lockout assistance, key cutting and programming, lock re-keying, and lock installation, throughout the Omaha, NE and Council Bluffs, IA metro area. We are open Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Service Requests & Scheduling

When you submit a request through our website, by phone, or by text, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details of your service and provide an estimated arrival time. Response times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, technician availability, and location.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing for locksmith services depends on the specific job, materials required, and time of service. Final pricing will be confirmed with you before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information and service location details
• Verify ownership or authorized access to the property, vehicle, or lock being serviced
• Be present, or have an authorized representative present, at the time of service when required

Limitation of Liability

Blackshirt Lock & Key performs all work with care and professionalism. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service request, please contact us as soon as possible at (712) 355-8741 so we can adjust our technician's schedule.
